Linguine Vongole

Linguine Vongole recipe is an Italian classic it’s pretty much spaghetti with clams that are cooked in white wine amazing.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 500g / 1 lb linguine
  • 500g / 1 lb clams
  • 300 g / 12 oz shrimps
  • 1 small onion
  • 200g / 8 oz cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan boil salted water meanwhile cleaned shrimp.
  2. Put linguine when water boil.
  3. In a large pan pour extra virgin olive oil then chop a small onion and browned then put the clams and pour the white wine.
  4. When the wine has evaporated then pour the chopped tomatoes and shrimp, season with salt, black pepper and parsley then add the drained pasta.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil raw.
