Linguine Vongole
Linguine Vongole recipe is an Italian classic it’s pretty much spaghetti with clams that are cooked in white wine amazing.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 500g / 1 lb linguine
- 500g / 1 lb clams
- 300 g / 12 oz shrimps
- 1 small onion
- 200g / 8 oz cherry tomatoes
- salt
- black pepper
- parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
Cooking Directions
- In a saucepan boil salted water meanwhile cleaned shrimp.
- Put linguine when water boil.
- In a large pan pour extra virgin olive oil then chop a small onion and browned then put the clams and pour the white wine.
- When the wine has evaporated then pour the chopped tomatoes and shrimp, season with salt, black pepper and parsley then add the drained pasta.
- Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil raw.
